When you create and publish on Ritoria, you retain and hold all copyright to the content you generate and post on the site. Ritoria is a platform for you to share your creativity on, and is not liable for any infringement or other offenses committed by users in the course of using the site. As the owner of your free work published on Ritoria, you have the right to remove it whenever you wish. There are no strings attached or hidden contracts when publishing free content. We are  happy to offer a platform for you to host your works on and aim to create a safe space. 

It is within our Content Guidelines that a creator has written, owns the rights to or has permission from the owner of any work that is uploaded to the site. We have taken measures to reduce plagiarism by removing the copy-paste functionality from chapters on Ritoria. We also encourage all creators or readers to report any instances of plagiarism.
