The Fae's Fate
Melany has been running from a life of punishment.
As a half-blood, she is considered ‘impure’ by the pure Fey-folk who rule Tir Na Nog, the Land of Youth. A world that exists alongside Earth with Rifts that allow transportation between each Realm, Tir Na Nog is nothing like the Human Realm. Wild and unruly, it is less advanced and overrun with magic and immortal beings.
Melany fled the land years ago, along with other half-bloods after one of the ‘Gathering’ raids by the Fey. She made her own life on Earth, where she belonged and her half-human side thrived.
Though now she’s been dragged back into The Acadamh, an almost human-like University setting where young Fey rulers and Courts are forced to co-exist as a means of developing their own powers, skills and relations with other Courts.
However, as a half-blood, Melany and the others ripped from Earth alongside her found themselves in a dangerous situation as one by one members of the Courtless are hunted by something that even the Princes won’t speak of.

How Can I Say GoodBye
A series of Diary entries, I created while struggling to come to terms with the passing of my mother.
Life wasn't the best as many dark emotions overwhlemed me.
I withdrew within myself, gave up on activities and friendships and basically became a shell of the woman my mother raised. A way I coped was to write and now years later I'm finding the courage to share them with others.
